MMS Comets Arkansas Peace Week Commemoration culminated in a 6th Grade Peace March/Walk throughout the school. Ms. Hill's social studies 6th grade social studies classes created posters of peace and visited classrooms and walked our halls commemorating peace. Scholars also posted responses to the question, "How can you (the student) contribute to keeping PEACE in our world or school?" on our "Peace Week Wall."

The school year has not officially begun until every Mills Middle School Comet has received their AVID Binder. Our comet 2024-2025 AVID binder rollout was completed earlier this month.
AVID scholars along with members of the MMS leadership team set up and executed this year's binder roll out. Scholars were excited to receive their binders.
