Check out the assignment this week in Ms. Thomas' food class! FBI (Food-borne illness investigation) Ryan enjoyed a weekend out on the twin at Madi Gras with his wife, he had lots tasty foods like gumbo, beignets, and spicy rice. 🌶️ 🥐🍚 He went everywhere trying different foods, but little did he know it would ruin his mood! Observe Ryan to see how he's feeling, do you think there's a restaurant villain?

Today is Leap Day! Leap years exist because it actually takes the planet a little bit more than a year to orbit the sun. That time is rounded down to the 365 days we recognize as a typical year, those nearly six extra hours don't disappear. Leap years are added to account for the difference. The extra day keeps calendars and seasons from gradually falling out of sync and impacting harvesting, planting and other cycles based on the seasons. #pcssdproud #serveall
