Maumelle High School Varsity Cheer Team is hosting their annual mini cheer camp on Saturday, November 2nd from 9am-11:30am. Campers will learn cheers, dances, jumps and basics stunting techniques. They will perform at halftime of the November 7 Thursday night football game (Senior Night). The cost for the minicamp is $40, and it includes a T-shirt and snack. Teen Court is a class for students to hear cases of offenses committed by other students in the school and implement restorative justice principles. The 2023-2024 volleyball team received special recognition for their talent on the court and in the classroom! They received the AVCA Team Academic Award. To be eligible, the entire team had to maintain an average 3.3 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in the 23-24 school year! Go Hornets!
